Jimmy L. Gill, B.B.A., University of Oklahoma 1978, graduate
of Draughon School of Business. Pledge class president, chapter Treasurer, Delta Sigma Pi. Third generation since 1917, he
learned production while the family business painted walls and woodwork of three new homes per day,
inspected by the FHA. Studying the five principles of management under Peter F. Drucker at OU ( planning, organizing,
staffing, directing, control) he appreciated these concepts while painting an industrial paper mill project
